1. Does the SHRS-VDC-9106 support dual-band WiFi?

No. This model supports only 2.4GHz WiFi networks (802.11 b/g/n). It does not support 5GHz WiFi.

2. Can I view the camera remotely when I'm not at home?

Yes. As long as the doorbell is connected to the internet, you can view the video feed in real-time via the companion mobile app from anywhere.

3. How is the camera powered?

The doorbell camera uses an 800mAh rechargeable polymer lithium battery and can be charged via DC 5V/1.5A USB. It features ultra-low power consumption for long standby time.

4. Does this doorbell support local storage?

No. This model does not support TF card storage. It uses cloud storage only, with free 3-day loop recording.
